Designation: Web Consultant

Job Summary
The candidate would be responsible for calling the clients through web-based software for client acquisition in digital marketing, website and software development, SEO concepts, etc.

  • Website Process (Outbound) For US & Australia
  • Making calls and convincing them about the online promotion of their business.
  • Giving them clear view of how online promotion (Google, Facebook, YouTube and other social channels) works and how our company can help them generate more online revenues.
  • The candidate would be responsible for the online business development activity, online marketing, etc.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • The candidate should have excellent English communication skill.
  • Should have basic knowledge in Computer.
  • Minimum Qualification: H.S
  • Experienced and Fresher both are welcome.
  • Should be flexible for Night Shift.

Job Responsibilities:
• You have to fulfill target (minimum 8 sales executive with minimum 1 sell each) or you can join as a commission basis
• Fulfill task and duties allocated by the Sales Manager.
• Provide the team with a vision and objectives and manage key performance indicators.
• Motivate the Team to Drive sales.
• Enhancing the productivity of the agents.
• Refresher Training to the team on a regular basis.
• Ensuring that the agents adhere to the process.
• Set the monthly, weekly, daily Targets for the team and ensure that the targets are achieved.
• Maintain the sales report for the Team.
• Relationship Building with clients.
• Customer Servicing
